How we work

As a small team committed to keeping our prices as affordable as possible we work a little differently to large commercial funeral companies. Keeping our service fees as low as possible is an essential part of our philosophy of providing ethical and inclusive funeral care.

We are based out of a fully operational funeral home in Oakleigh and we are currently working on plans to expand our service locations. Whilst we have a staff member available 24/7 to answer any of your inquires or to organise the transfer of your loved one into our care, we are not able to offer arrangement services outside of business hours at this time.

As we are currently based in the south-east of the city with a small team of dedicated employees, we are not always able to attend the family home to make arrangements. This is one of the factors we ask you to take into consideration when you compare our service fees to other commercial companies.

If you are able to do so, we ask to make the arrangements in our office or another location central to both parties. We also offer the option of doing the arrangements over the phone and email if you prefer that option. If you are not in a position to do either of the above, we will endeavour to make a home visit possible.

What Our Families Say

"The kindness and respect shown towards my Mother following the loss of her much loved brother was nothing short of excellent.  When Mum was grieving and at times confused by the process of making the arrangements, Josephine was able to put her mind at ease with her gentle and caring approach. Nothing was too much trouble and it was much appreciated.”

– Robert Rennie

“I’m beyond thankful for the love and care you have taken with my Dad and the opportunity for me to send him off in style today was just lovely.
Thank you for all your support.”

– Sonja Louise
